Synartha presents learning and practical-development opportunities focused on technology sales, business development and lead generation, including a fellowship described on this Website as a 12-week programme. The exact curriculum, duration, delivery format, eligibility criteria, cohort dates, support and deliverables may vary and should be confirmed in the official materials for the relevant cohort before you apply or pay.
Operator: Harsh Kapil, sole proprietor trading as Synartha. Synartha is not described here as a separate incorporated company. This Website does not promise employment, client work, placement or a particular career outcome.
Please read these terms carefully. These Terms apply to your use of this Website. By continuing to use the Website, you acknowledge these Terms. Where a separate affirmative agreement is required for a particular service or programme, we will seek that agreement separately. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Synartha website, its pages, content, forms and related online features (“Website”). “Synartha,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Harsh Kapil, operating Synartha as a sole proprietor. “You” means a visitor or user of the Website.
Where a fellowship, assessment, paid offering or other service has separate terms, those terms will also apply to that offering. If terms conflict, the specific terms for that offering will govern only to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
You may use the Website only in compliance with applicable law. If you submit an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and not misleading, and that you are entitled to share any materials you submit.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and for promptly notifying us if information relevant to your application changes. You must not impersonate another person or submit information or documents that are false, altered or misleading.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, an interview, a place in a cohort, or any employment or business opportunity. Applications may be reviewed according to suitability, available capacity, programme requirements and other relevant criteria.
We may contact you using the details you provide to discuss your application or explain next steps. You are responsible for checking your messages and ensuring that our communications can reach you. Do not submit another person’s personal information without their permission.
We may decline, pause or withdraw consideration of an application where information is materially inaccurate, eligibility requirements are not met, capacity is limited, or there is a reasonable concern about misuse or misconduct.
Descriptions of curriculum, tools, activities, timelines, deliverables and learning outcomes are general programme information. Specific details will be communicated in the relevant programme materials. We may make reasonable changes to content, sequencing, instructors, delivery format, tools or schedules where needed, while taking reasonable steps to communicate material changes to affected participants.
Before any payment is requested, the applicable fee, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms must be clearly provided. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for your own device, internet access, software accounts and third-party charges needed to participate, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Applying is not the same as being accepted or enrolled. Any selection criteria, assessment steps, deadlines, cohort capacity and offer expiry will be communicated through the relevant programme materials. Do not treat a place as confirmed until Synartha has expressly confirmed it in writing.
Fellowship fees may vary by programme or cohort. Before asking you to pay, Synartha must disclose the exact total fee, what it covers, any additional charges or taxes, the payment method and schedule, the cancellation process, and the applicable refund or withdrawal terms. No fixed fee or refund period is stated here because those details have not been confirmed. The terms shown to you before payment should be saved for your records.
If a cohort is cancelled by Synartha, or a material change affects your enrolment, we will communicate the available next steps and any refund or alternative remedy required by the terms provided to you and applicable law. Nothing in this section waives mandatory consumer rights. For a fee, refund or enrolment query, email synartha21@gmail.com.
Before payment is accepted, the applicable cohort fee and cancellation/refund terms will be clearly shown to the applicant at the point of payment.
Synartha does not guarantee employment, an internship, client contracts, freelance work, interviews, placement, earnings, business results or a particular career progression. Any hiring introductions or employer-network opportunities, where available, may depend on eligibility, performance, third-party decisions and market conditions.

Website hosting or security services may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and server logs. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information through the general application form unless it is specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
We use information to respond to enquiries, review eligibility and applications, communicate selection decisions and programme updates, administer enrolment if you are accepted, manage payments or refunds where applicable, maintain business and legal records, protect the Website from misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We will not use application information for an unrelated purpose where consent or another lawful basis is required without first taking the steps required by law.
We do not sell personal information as a business practice. Actual retention periods depend on the record type and applicable requirements. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and circumstances, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information by email.

You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this Website. The Website’s hosting and security provider may process limited technical logs as described above. You can review cookie and site-data controls in your browser, although clearing them may affect some site features such as saved drafts.
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have submitted, request correction of inaccurate details, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion where applicable law permits. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where required or permitted by law.
